With a nationwide workforce, Wachter provides many business technologies and services for any vertical market across the U.S. Due to the company's continued growth, the Staffing Team is looking to add an additional Staffing Coordinator.
OVERVIEWThe Staffing Coordinator will be assisting in the req distribution, sourcing, and follow-up of potential applicants. This is a full time role and gives growth opportunities for those looking to get into the recruiting field. The position will be based out of Wachter's Lowell, AR location.

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Execute the recruitment activities for all applicants
    • Work concurrently with fellow staffing team in following best practices and SOP's
    • Responsible for tracking and reporting metrics, identifying trends and establishing staffing goals in compliance with HR strategies
    • Serve as a liaison for direct applicants, including applicants through our staffing vendors, and hiring managers in working candidates through the recruiting cycle/workflow.
    • Act as a point of contact to all outside staffing vendors.
    • Pull reports and assist Wachter's recruiters daily in a multitude of tasks as needed.


WORK EXPERIENCE

    • Previous experience in customer service role preferred.
    • Must possess the ability to support a diverse group of internal clients.
    • Experience with researching, generating, and successfully converting searches into a qualified candidate pipeline
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Ability to be effective in a fast-paced, results driven, entrepreneurial environment.
    • Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Research).


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in similar support role
