Job Description

Wachter, Inc. is accepting applications for Service Dispatchers for first shift in our Lowell, AR office. The position will teach the candidate the principles of project management and provide them with the tools to initiate, execute and monitor projects/service tickets. Ideal candidates will be outgoing and work well within a team environment.


  • Assist Project Manager with daily operations-based tasks:

    • Create, dispatch and update service tickets

    • Provide logistical and technical field support

    • Review and manage site deliverables

  • Maintain company professionalism and quality standards

  • Adhere to required safety guidelines as set forth by Wachter/OSHA

  • Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but assigned by your supervisor



  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Type minimum of 40 WPM

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong customer service background

  • College Education/Degree

  • Electrical knowledge and experience

  • Project Management experience
