Job Description

Wachter, Inc., is currently seeking an Operations Support Specialist to assist in the day to day functions of its Operations Support Team

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing of contractor licenses
  • Creating certificates of insurance
  • Compiling various reports
  • Conducting research and review application of construction related permits, completing pre-qualification and vendor application documents
  • Providing assistance with fleet related tasks as needed

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:  Candidate must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must have experience using Microsoft Office and be able to type 55 WPM.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:   Bachelor's degree; Relative work experience preferred

LANGUAGE:   Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.

COMPUTER SKILLS:   Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
