Job Description

Wachter is currently seeking an Operations Support Specialist to assist in the day to day functions of its Operations Support Team. Responsibilities include researching, applying for and maintaining records for construction related permits and licensing as well as assisting with other department functions as needed. Additional responsibilities may include research and processing of contractor license requirements, creating certificates of insurance, compiling reports, completing prequalification and vendor application documents.

Job Requirements

Candidate must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Must have experience using Microsoft Office and be able to type 55 WPM.
