With a nationwide workforce, Wachter provides many business technologies and services for any vertical market across the U.S. The HR Dept is currently in search of an experienced internal recruiter to add to the team to successfully curb demand for Wachter's continued growing business.
OVERVIEWThe Recruiter will be responsible for executing full life-cycle searches. The role will partner with business leadership and Human Resource Business Partners to define roles, source candidates, manage and execute the hiring process against performance targets. The position will be based out of Wachter's Lowell, AR location.

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Direct and execute the recruitment activities for in-house office hires
    • Work concurrently with fellow staffing team in following best practices and SOP's
    • Responsible for tracking and reporting metrics, identifying trends and establishing staffing goals in compliance with HR strategies
    • Establish strong internal relationships and serve as a primary source of staffing and recruitment of office employees throughout all business units nationwide
    • Work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to help determine staffing strategy, obtain position requirements and compensation information
    • Work with Hiring Managers to manage job requisitions, job posting, and applicant tracking processes
    • Participate in college recruitment activity, primarily focused upcoming graduates, interns, and scholarship students
    • Manage all required pre-screenings and testing and schedule/coordinate all hiring manager interviews, to assure proper use of assessment tools and consistency.
    • Manage the final steps in the hiring process including coordination of the formulation and delivery of salary offers. Manage communication with selected candidates until date of hire, and provide appropriate communication to candidates who were not selected for hire.


WORK EXPERIENCE

    • At least 3-5 years of recruiting experience preferably with a focus of clerical, IT, or general office staffing needs (Project Managers, Warehouse Associates, Office Admin, Outside Sales Reps, etc.).
    • Must possess the ability to support a diverse group of internal clients.
    • Experience with researching, generating, and successfully converting searches into a qualified candidate pipeline
    • Strong organizational, time management skills.
    • Must be ambitious, self-motivated and detail oriented with excellent organizational, problem solving and follow through skills
    • Ability to be effective in a fast-paced, results driven, entrepreneurial environment.
    • Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Experience managing candidate contacts and relationships.
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Research).
    • Must have experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems.


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
