Job Description

Wachter is currently seeking applications for an administrative assistant. Duties will be to assist project managers in all aspects of running projects such as fielding phone calls from employees, expense reconciliation, updating job documents, ordering and managing materials and equipment needs, and other miscellaneous duties that arise.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum HS Diploma/GED
  • Highly proficient with use of personal computer, including email, spreadsheets and database Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Must type at least 40 WMP
