Job Description

Wachter is currently seeking applications for an administrative assistant within our staffing group.  Duties include fielding phone calls, expense reconciliation, updating documents, data entry, and other miscellaneous duties that arise within the staffing group.  

Job Requirements

  • Minimum HS Diploma/GED
  • Highly proficient with use of personal computer, including email, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Must type at least 40 WMP
